In 2024, recognizing the evolving needs of our clients and the market, we launched Rainier Associates in Olympia, WA. This strategic move was driven by our commitment to specialize exclusively in serving our buy-side clientele, offering them unparalleled access to proprietary, off-market deals. Dustin Struckman, our Founder & CEO, brings to the table an impressive track record of building and selling eight successful businesses, alongside a history of facilitating successful exits for numerous founders. Under his visionary leadership, Rainier Associates is more than an advisory firm; it’s a catalyst for transformative growth and opportunity.
